Caterpillar Completes Acquisition of MWM
GLOBAL - Caterpillar Inc. today announced it has finalized the purchase of MWM Holding GmbH (MWM) from 3i and funds managed by 3i for €580 million (approximately $800 million). This action follows the European Commission's recent clearance of the transaction. MWM is a leading global supplier of sustainable, natural gas and alternative-fuel engines.

Syngenta Receives Approval for Triple Stack Corn in Argentina
ARGENTINA - Syngenta announced today that the Ministry of Agriculture in Argentina has approved its triple corn stack Bt11 x MIR162 x GA21 for cultivation in the country. The triple stack, which has already been successfully launched in Brazil, will be available to Argentine growers for the 2012/2013 season.
