USDA Crop Production Report

USDA Crop Production Report

USDA’s Crop Progress report is based on the progress and condition estimates for the following US crops: corn, cotton, barley, oats, rice, sorghum, sugarbeets and spring and winter wheat. The report is based on survey data collected each week from early April through the end of November by about 4,000 people whose occupations provide them opportunities to make visual observations and frequently bring them in contact with farmers in their counties.
